Frank Nicholas has been practicing civil litigations since he started practicing law in 1979, and has handled all types of civil lawsuits and trials to completion for his clients. Mr. Nicholas can handle any civil litigation matter with the exception of a divorce dispute. He will try to resolve the matter through a settlement or a mediation and arbitration to reduce the cost to his clients and the risk of an adverse jury verdict, but some cases must go to trial and have tried hundreds of cases to verdict.
